Nick is the founding and managing partner of Dadia Valles, CPA LLP (formerly Dadia & Company) established in New York since 1983. Nick has over 35 years experience in public accounting, providing integrated accounting, tax and management consulting services to business entities of all sizes in government and industry - from large corporations to individual entrepreneurs. He was formerly audit manager of Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. (Ernst & Young Global), and a partner of Lucas,Tucker & Co.. Graduated from the University of the East, with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and attended MBA from Ateneo de Manila, Philippines. He is licensed by the New York State Education Department to offer CPE courses to CPAs and public accountants. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPAs. He is one of the founders of Filipino American Accountants (AFAA) New York and currently the Executive Director of the National Council of Philippine American and Canadian Accountants (NCPACA). Nick is a recipient of various awards from NCPACA, AFAA, JAYCEES and other community organizations in recognition of his exemplary and dedicated services. In 2006, he was awarded once-in-a-lifetime “Dangal ng Lahi Award”.  This award aims to honor and recognize outstanding Filipino immigrants for their noteworthy achievements and significant contributions to the mainstream American Society, thus, building a positive image of Filipinos in America.

Jaena Valles is responsible for the personnel, finance, accounting, and marketing of the firm. She has over fifteen years of experience in public accounting, internal auditing, and corporate controllership. Prior to the formation of the firm, she worked as a senior auditor of Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. (SGV, Ernst & Young Global), Lucas,Tucker CPA and American Express. She was the Chief Operating Officer and previous Controller of Weeplay Apparel. She has worked as Vice-President of C&P Homes (largest real estate company listed in the Phil Stock Exchange). She is a member of Filipino-American Accountants (AFAA), American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and currently the treasurer of the Lay Ecclesial Team of the Apostolate for Family Consecration. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree, a valedictorian graduate in high school and elementary, and a Gerry Roxas Leadership Awardee. Jaena loves to travel with the family, read autobiography books, play badminton and trying hard to be a good singer too!

 Gil has over 35 years of experience in public accounting, commerce and industry which has made him a well-rounded professional. He was formerly audit manager at SGV & Co. (Ernst & Young Global), chief financial officer of various manufacturing companies, chief executive officer of a packaging company, and chief operating officer of a commercial bank. He was also professor of Finance and Operations Management at the Graduate School of Business of De La Salle University in Manila. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management and was a recipient of the Alumni Achievement Award in recognition of his exemplary performance in business. Gil is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Rosendo Javier heads the Health and Hospital Group. He handles also the audit of several not for profit companies and commercial accounts. Don has over twenty-five years of experience in the field of audit, accounting, finance and management advisory both public and private companies. Prior to joining the firm, Don worked as an audit supervisor of SGV & Co. (Ernst & Young, Global). He was the Finance Manager of Acme Group of Companies, the Internal Audit Manager then the Executive Assistant to the Chairman of Unitech -BMC Group (in Saudi Arabia),the AVP & Internal Auditor then the Vice-President and CFO of Trans-Philippines Investment Corp. At present, Don is the president of the Association of Filipino American Accountants (AFAA), New York Chapter and chairman of the Community Service Committee of the National Asian American Society of Accountants USA. He graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the East, Manila Philippines. In his spare time, Don likes to jog and read business magazines and non-fiction books.

Ed has been with Dadia and Company for almost eighteen years. He is now the Manager In-Charge of all the engagements relating to healthcare and commercial clients. He is also taking care of the Personnel Department of the Company. Ed used to be an auditor for Freeman, Davis, Furgatch & Co., and then moved to Wolf and Co. CPAs. He was an Audit Officer for Manufacturers Hanover Trust, then worked as the National Controller of YWCA of the USA before joining Dadia and Company. After he finished his Bachelor of Business Administration, he was drafted in the US army. He likes to travel and read art, history and religious books in his spare time.
