Nicasio "Nick" Dadia, CPA, Managing Partner
Nick is the founding and managing partner of Dadia Valles Vendiola LLP (formerly Dadia & Company) established in New York since 1983. Nick has over 35 years experience in public accounting, providing integrated accounting, tax and management consulting services to business entities of all sizes in government and industry - from large corporations to individual entrepreneurs. He was formerly audit manager of Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. (Ernst & Young Global), and a partner of Lucas,Tucker & Co.. He graduated from the University of the East, with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and attended MBA from Ateneo de Manila, Philippines. He is licensed by the New York State Education Department to offer CPE courses to CPAs and public accountants. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPAs. He is one of the founders of Filipino American Accountants (AFAA) New York and currently the Executive Director of the National Council of Philippine American and Canadian Accountants (NCPACA). Nick is a recipient of various awards from NCPACA, AFAA, JAYCEES and other community organizations in recognition of his exemplary and dedicated services. In 2006, he was awarded once-in-a-lifetime “Dangal ng Lahi Award”. This award aims to honor and recognize outstanding Filipino immigrants for their noteworthy achievements and significant contributions to the mainstream American Society, thus, building a positive image of Filipinos in America.

Jaena Hermosilla-Valles, CPA, Partner
Jaena Valles is responsible for the personnel, finance, accounting, and marketing of the firm. She has over fifteen years of experience in public accounting, internal auditing, and corporate controllership. Prior to the formation of the firm, she worked as a senior auditor of Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. (SGV, Ernst & Young Global), Lucas,Tucker CPA and American Express. She was the Chief Operating Officer and Controller of Weeplay Apparel. She has worked as Vice-President of C&P Homes (largest real estate company listed in the Phil Stock Exchange). She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree in University of San Carlos, Cebu, Philippines. She is the Executive Vice-president of Filipino-American Accountants (AFAA) New York chapter, American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and currently the treasurer of the Lay Ecclesial Team of the Apostolate for Family Consecration.

Gilberto "Gil" Vendiola, CPA, MBA, Partner
Gil has over 35 years of experience in public accounting, commerce and industry which has made him a well-rounded professional. He was formerly audit manager at SGV & Co. (Ernst & Young Global), chief financial officer of various manufacturing companies, chief executive officer of a packaging company, and chief operating officer of a commercial bank. He was also professor of Finance and Operations Management at the Graduate School of Business of De La Salle University in Manila. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management and was a recipient of the Alumni Achievement Award in recognition of his exemplary performance in business. Gil is currently the director of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
